Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Time
Your orders will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days after your purchase confirmation is received. Once shipped, delivery to your address will take 1-3 days depending on the distance of the delivery address from ANKARA.

If the product is in stock and payment has been completed, the product will be delivered within 7 business days from the date the order is placed/confirmed, unless circumstances arise that make delivery impossible.


If the shipment arrives damaged
Damaged shipments should not be accepted, and a damage report should be prepared with the courier representative. If the courier representative claims the package is undamaged, the package can be opened on-site to verify that the products are intact, and the situation can be documented with another report.

The company cannot be held liable for any issues preventing the delivery of the product to the Buyer or the authorized person/entity designated by the Buyer, due to any problems encountered by the courier company during delivery.

Damage reports should be prepared in duplicate, with one copy kept by the Buyer and the other given to the courier representative.

If the Buyer refuses the package and a damage report is prepared, this situation should be immediately reported to the company via email (hello@matsuprofessional.com) along with the Buyer’s copy of the damage report, within 1 (one) business day.

Upon receiving the report, the company will investigate and ensure redelivery of the package as soon as possible.

If the package and/or its contents are accepted without objection, without a report indicating any deficiencies, defects, or deviations from the stated condition, it will be considered that the courier company has fulfilled its duties and the company has met its delivery obligations.


Completion of the Company's Delivery Obligations
The company’s delivery obligation ends once the order is delivered to the Buyer or to the authorized person/entity specified at the address provided in the agreement.

If for any reason the payment for the product is not made by the Buyer or the payment is canceled by the bank, the company is considered to have been relieved of its delivery obligation.


Shipping Costs
It is accepted that shipping costs will be paid by the Buyer and added to the total order amount. However, the company may, based on ongoing promotions or conditions stated on the website at the time of purchase, waive some or all of the shipping fees for the Buyer.

For returned products, shipping costs may be charged to the Buyer.
